The position is in Vislanda, Wica Cold AB

As an accounting assistant, you will primarily handle incoming supplier invoices such as reviewing, registering, matching, coding, and approving invoices. This also includes incoming and outgoing payments, reporting, and bank and account reconciliations.

The position is combined with a reception role, and therefore also includes administrative tasks such as mail handling, switchboard duties, administration of keys and tags, ordering office supplies, etc.

We are four people working with finance, payroll, and HR, and we are a great team that supports each other.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has an education in finance equivalent to high school economics or comparable competence.

· Has experience in handling supplier invoices, incoming and outgoing payments, bank reconciliations, and reporting (meritorious).

· Has experience in ongoing accounting and bookkeeping (meritorious).

· Has good computer skills in the most common programs within the Office suite. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in business systems. We work in the ERP system Monitor.

Your personal qualities are important! You are positive, meticulous, flexible, and service-oriented. You are a person who takes responsibility for your tasks and prioritizes the right things. You should be able to work independently but also collaborate and be part of a team. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
